We are a regional company in the south of England that specialise in the professional snagging of new build homes. We cover predominantly London, Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and parts of Hampshire and Wiltshire. For queries outside of these counties, please get in touch for a fixed price quote, depending on location.
We are passionate about helping homeowners get the best out of their new homes and believe the level of quality obtained by the builders should be to the highest standard.
We have fully supported the creation of the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB), along with ensuring all inspections are carried out by members of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) or similar professional body.

The RPSA are a leading professional association designed to support independent residential surveyors and to help raise standards within the residential sector.
With membership of a professional body being a requirement of the New Homes Quality Board for new build snagging surveyors, as a member of the RPSA, you can be certain that your home will be thoroughly inspected to the highest standard.
