- All snagging inspections carried out are a thorough examination of your home. We will not just be checking the cosmetic appearance throughout the property, but also the functionality of all elements, as well as ensuring every aspect has complied with the relevant Building Regulations.
- Where applicable, loft spaces, garages, gardens, driveways and any areas conveyed to your property will be included within the new home inspection fees.
- We offer a thermal imaging scan package with the home survey, along with the option of a de-snag reinspection that will be carried out after the builder has completed their revisit.
- If you have a single area of concern, we can carry out a consultation survey that will deal only with this point.
- You will receive your inspection report electronically and in hard copy.
