The Global Package includes a full premium survey of your property, a thermal imaging scan, along with a de-snag inspection. 

If your developer has registered with the New Homes Quality Board prior to your reservation, then we can carry out the inspection before legal completion.

We can:

• Gain access from the builder with your permission
• Carry out the full survey of the property
• Carry out a thermal imaging scan of the property
• Send the completed report via email
• Send the completed report overseas in hard copy (if requested)
• Liaise with the builder on your behalf regarding rectification works
• Carry out the de-snag inspection once the builder confirms the works are complete
• Report to yourself and the builder following the de-snag inspection
• Keep you updated throughout the entire process
• Conclude with a final report on the condition of your property and, if in our opinion, further remedial works are required
